Sleep on block only has 10% chance of actually triggering.

damn i thought its like 50% something like that thought im missing something here
is it working on bosses?

Think it's Shift then E, at least it was for me. That was the only time it ever worked anyway.

Bosses are usually immune to those effects. Most can't even be blocked, not that I've had luck with. Might just be bad timing on my part though.

Effect on Block, like Sleep on Block, is triggered by an enemy hitting your shield when the shield is being held up (Holding Shift) but I am not sure if the effects also trigger when you Parry. While Effect on Parry, like Heal on Parry, is triggered when you successfully Parry (Shift+E) an enemy's melee attack.

I see. Thought blocking and parrying were the same thing. Forgot it was a two-stage process and had different effects for each.

IF the shield I use has a Sleep on Parry, then that's why I only see it with the Shift > E combo.

Yeah, exactly.

Actually, "...on block" can also be triggered through parrying, from what I have experienced.

We'll call it "Unpredictable," and let's leave it at that then. :-)

Like most of the perks seeing though some only work when they want too :) ..

I've a legendary weapon that supposedly put enemies to sleep on hit. It's way harder to trigger the effect than you imagine and I've given up using the damn thing.

I hate RNG weapons, just a peave of mine. The ones that are an effect on a percentage chance of hit. It's just annoying. Either make it a static effect, or an effec with a varying damage rate, but not one that triggers one tenth of the time you use it... Just my opinion though.

I gotta agree, that's a way better system than what's in Origins
