Instant charge perk is nearly useless

In my opinion the instant charge perk is nearly uselss. The only exception is the instant charge perk on the Tooth of Sobek heavy blade.

The reason why I say this is because when Bayek charges up on a heavy attack for heavy blades and heavy blunts, Bayek cannot move during that time. This makes him very vulnerable, especially when up against multiple opponents. Of the heavy blades and heavy blunts, only the Tooth of Sobek has this perk, which makes instant charge very useful for this heavy blade weapon (it is awesome to use in the horde arena).

All of the other weapon types does not restrict Bayek from moving when charging a heavy attack, so the instant charge perk on those types of weapons are not as useful and I would rather have a different legendary perk for those weapon types.
