(POSSIBLE SPOILER) Cyrene Arena and The Lure of Glory Quest

Wondering what is up with this quest.

POSSIBLE SPOILER warning added, just in case, and others might add some..

I went to Cyrene like the first arena coordinator said to do (can't remember his name), but he told me to go to Cyrene to talk to the arena coordinator there, so I did. And that's it. I talked to him, got one line, and that's Mission Complete??

Nothing else unlocks, no other quests pop up, and the arena coordinator is unclickable. What did I miss? Searched online and couldn't find anything conclusive, except that I should be able to do some arena fights now.. But I can't. I ran all around the arena, outside, and there's no way into the thing. Can't climb in, there are spikes that block progression that way.

I'm at a loss. Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned somewhere.. Is the quest bugged somehow?

Enter the Arena or fast travel to the Arena and do athe Arena challenges and beat the bosses. That quest is just to get you to goto the Cyrene arena.

I guess I can try Fast Traveling to it, but does that put you INSIDE the Arena somehow?

None of the doors are open, and none of them can be interacted with and don't show up with an Animus Pulse that they can be opened...
