If running at 100% killed CPUs, there would be an epidemic for people who make Youtube videos for a living. Or movies, games, animations, etc. etc. 100% CPU usage is fine as long as your cooling can handle it. (And to be fair it should... or you did it wrong)
They are designed to be able to reach 100%, and stay there for as long as needed... lol?
Granted it's still ridiculous that this game uses that much CPU. I will agree with that.

nor is it over heating nor is it haveing any problem
i have no clue what kinda system you built how old it is or anything .. i did not personally build it myself ..no clue what your bios or ram timings are or even if you have a potato or a PC
