cant get the reward for 'trial of gods' weekly challenge

so the community had completed the challenge and the contribution has over 130K, I clicked the reward but nothing happened. reload the game, restart the uplay & steam, restart PC, no one can help. does anyone have the same problem? know how to solve this?

no, i've just got it, i clicked collect on uplay and then launched the game, its sunslayer legendary sword, but i have uplay version of the game.

so perhaps this is a bug for people who have steam version of the game.

The Sunslayer Sword appeared in my inventory last night .


I also got a notification about a new store item but there was nothing there .

store item yes, i got the notification but nothing, however, i didn't get the sunslayer until i clicked collect on the community reward, so you are saying its not the sunslayer and should be a different weapon??

its steam i think i hear on forums that people even with a pc got it and some not its just again a daily ♥♥♥♥ up im @ 142000/75000 clicked too claim and collect but nothing happend my guess they will fix it "soon" right.

Not sure what the store notification was for ,but it was in the "owned" section of the in game store .

When I looked there was nothing new there .

Regarding the Sunslayer , I had two active saved games .
One completed , which I used to beat the Gods and earn the Sunslayer , and another newly started saved game and hadn't left Siwa yet .

The Sunslayer appeared in both saved games

I just started a third saved game as an experiment but the Sunslayer did not appear .

Yes I bought it on Steam and have the Sunslayer Sword .

The Sunslayer Sword appeared in both of my existing saved games but when I started a new game this morning the Sunslayer did not appear in it .

When i entered the game today i saw the challenege was complete, clicked on collect i did not get anything so i restarted the game and got the sword. Did u try doing like this?

Yeah, I got the notification that I received it from the challege, but it wasn't added automatically to my actual inventory. To fix this, I had to bring up the Uplay overlay (Shift+F2), click Community Challenges, click Collect on the challenge reward, and then quit back to the main menu and reload my game. Then, I actually received the sword.
