You can in TW3.
I just wanted to remove the bulletime bow shot.
Thought it‘s a cool skill but later realized it‘s not, how hard is it to understand that? HUH?
It would be good to know if there's any reason to unlock all skills, since some of them are virtually useless or we might simply want to skip them. I honestly preferred to add more % bonusses on Melee and bow masteries instead of wasting points on skills I wouldn't probably ever use. With a respec option we could at least get a chance to try and rebuild.
Yup, Witcher 2 as well.
What achievement? This is my end-game skill tree and I have 50/50 achievements and 40/40 Uplay challenges:

Wow, that is impressive.
And I do not mean this sarcastically, I really wish I had got this idea.
Now my skilltree is full of skills I rarely use, and I did/found everything that could be done/found on the map, plus several skillpoints beyond lvl. 40.
So my only chance would be to start an new game.
Don't get it. Ruined the whole game for me.
