Nope, I can push forward on mine and walk. You are eiter pushing too hard or something wrong with your controller. I'm using wired Xbox 360 controller.
Well please tell us how it was, how did you walk in the other ones?
See sometimes, with PC gaming, there are programes and tips that get shared to help with controls. As A.C has "CHANGED" there control scheme Its a nightmare just trying to walk and turn etc at the one speed (again, with a 360 controller). Now for keyboard and mouse they have added a toggle option BECAUSE... its a new, control, scheme. im asking to see if any work-arounds have been found/made yet. I did not ask UBI to do anything, nor did am I expecting it to change. But if they DO patch in a "toggle walk" option for controllers that would be great. Last time im addressing you for nothing you have added here was of help.
35?
I guess for now you should just grow accustomed to using a joystick and being able to run/walk without the need of other buttons to toggle. Because for me and my many years of console play I can easily maneuver my character along with switching from walking/running speeds. It's actually kind of surprising that someone would have this issue of not being able to easily move because there isn't really anything to stop you from running other than the amount of pressure applied to the joystick.
maybe don't just slam it all the way and hold it about 1/4 of the way

Maybe they might make tweaks in the future. as I "hope" :)
