[Solved}Assasin's Creed Origins PC PS4 controller glitch

Hi,
I have encountered a issue with the ps4 controller support when I try an connect it to the game to use it it will someone what work but it keeps wanting to instantly switch back to keyboard. I am only touching the controller and no buttons on the PC.

I just tried that and it still gives me the same bug

Do you use DS4Windows? I've never had that problem, and I use a Duelshock 4 v2 pluged in to my keyboard USB slot.

Hey,

The DualShock4 isn't officially supported by AC: Origins so if anyone in the community has any tips on how they got it to work with their setup please feel free to help Nick out.

I am not using DS4. WIndows 10 had intergrated drivers so it works without DS4.

Maybe try out DS4? I use it for FIFA and ACO only and I've never encountered any problems.

Hey i have just tried DS4 it is showing xbox controlls for the controller.

The main reason this is working is beacause DS4 is tricking the computer into thinking that it is an xbox controler and not a PS4 controller.

DualShock 4 is not an officially supported pad. Do not listen to that other user as he is incorrect.

Why does the game show a PS4 controller for the split seconds that it is working and it also show all the buttons corretly.

Compatibility may be added in the future but currently it is not officially supported. However it is possible to get it to work.
