If I downgrade the version´s game to 1.03 again, Will I lose the progress?

The game runs much worse with the version 1.05 but I still played around three hours. Will I lose this progress?

I have downgraded it.
version 1.05 has stuttering and lost of graphic quality
version 1.03 runs extremly fine.

there is a post which describes the downgrading. just look here in the forum.

you have to overwrite the updated files with the ones which can be downloaded.
very easy

and no, you will not loose your progress. savegames are not involved

Okay here are the old patch 1.03 files to downgrade the game.
ATTENTION !!!
Please, BEWARE of the removePATCH.forge.BAT
It will delete/remove every file on your PC which is from patch 1.05.
I recommend to create a new folder at paste the 1.05 files into it.

I dont know if there is a stamp of user id's or similiar in the files so,

1. Start UPlay
2. Set Automatic Update for AC:O off
3. Go into Offline
4. Backup patched files (look at DATA LIST)
5. Install DAWN_PITCH_AGY_OR_UWIN
6. Go back Online
7. Press Play

But just outta curiosity, do you even know what that 'extra file' you need to download is for?

It didn't work for me. Both methods (ACO in UPlay or Steam) crashes the game before the first menu appears. Anyone with the same problem?

Hey, it didn't work because there is a new patch, with new changes etc. You must download fix from this post:

"Here is the archive with the necessary files to downgrade on 1.03 or 1.05
Forgive me or not but i have no energy to write a guide for it.

And paste it into game folder (with everything from the original downgrade pack). But before that, copy only removePATCH.forge.BAT and use it, and later copy everything else (other files from downgrade pack and files from FIX). But there is one more thing to do - You must delete three DLC folders - 19, 20, 29 - or it will crash on the start screen. Thats all, game is 1.03 again, but You can only play in offline mode.

Omg! You saved my gaming life! Actually I only saw your message today and It works again in 1.03 after appling the fix and deleting DLC 19, 20 and 29, but I lost my save files and language configuration. Also, starting a new game and saving, if I leave the game and get back, no progress is keep. Think I messed up with something!? (I'm playing in offline or online mode in Uplay, does it has anything to do with?)

Maybe you enabled Enemy Level Scale option before the downgrade?
If yes, reinstall 1.10 patch, go into game and disable it, quit game, remove dlc folders and start game with installed downgrade patch+fix again. Or the lost progress can be a problem of fixed options and so on in 1.1.0 patch! For example, the new visual button options to switch hood, beard and hair

Thanks all for your help, but I decided to start all over again. After a full reinstalation and fixing with your tips, the game returned to save progress, then, it was only wonderful (it's a funny brazilian expression ).

This game is amazing and it's really disappointing how Ubisoft messed up with everything. My game now shows 1.03 version, but I got the new hood and bear buttons and other releases: it's perfect once again :D

You can upload an screenshot of your ACO game folder with windows explorer file size options enabled?

Sorry, I don't know how to do that. I uploaded my ACO folder print here: ACO Folder in CMD[imgur.com].

There are lots of files to printscreen in windows explorer, but if you do need, tell me.

Weirdly, my excluded dlc folders were back. I guess STEAM has downloaded after my first succeeded lauch.
