horus pack....not install

I bought it with Horus Pack Steam, but it's still not installed. Even if I refund it and buy it again, it's the same symptom.

Have you gone into UBI store ingame
and redeemed it ?

I tried redeeming and installing it. Didn't do anything.

shut down steam>> re open it>> goto steam liblary>> click on AC origins>> over the DLC's tab make sure that Horus Pack is ticked>> if its not tick it it>> should start downloading>> if didn't>> close down steam and reopen it again>> it should start downloading

I got the season pass via uplay and the game on steam and i cant redeem the horus pack ingame as it directs me to the steam store page instead of activating it (it even says install and redirects me)

this is your mistake, no files will be downloaded, the content is unlocked but the files are missing, UPlay will not download the files since you have the base game on steam, and steam will not download the files since SP is not in your account.

this will happen for all upcoming DLCs, so if you bought SP through Ubishop, send them your issues and they should refund you and then buy SP from steam, otherwise nothing can be done rather than download the DLC files from another source and copy/paste them into game directory or just re-buy SP again from steam.

2. Purchase / installation worked smoothly in Steam before. Until now :/

3. This time there seems to be a mistake in the shopping system !!!!

Players who bought it can not access it, install it !
Players who did not buy it seem in the game as owners LOL

You can't buy the game on Steam and Season Pass on Uplay. It won't work. So hopefully you can get a refund for the season pass through Uplay, good luck with that. You have to own them all on the same service, Steam or Uplay.

horus pack is part of season pass and i have SP (uplay) and got it today, check SP content on ubi blog, its included.

Some of UBI / STEAM do not seem to agree on bugs yet :)
