Overpower combo?

How do I do the overpower combo, I already unlocked the ability..

ive triied that with my dual blades and it only worked once, and do you mean blue at end or during the charge up because my regular sword wont work either

It´s not really a combo. It doesn´t have to be a chain of attacks.
ëvery time hit an enemy the bar at the bottom of the sreen fills up a bit. when it´s full you get a prompt over it.push the buttons (r1 r2 on dualshock) it says and Bayek does a super attack. What part are you having problems with?

depending on weapon the bar is either blue or gold. only the blue does an attack ,
the gold makes him slam his weapon into the ground and get stronger.

For me, using an microsoft xbox controller, it's pressing RB, after you land the overpower attack. In the case of dual blades you press it multiple times. Other weapons that can do another attack after the overpower are 2hand heavy blades, spears, swords, Dual blades.

Also take note, the chain attack only works if the target lives the initial overpower attack. Like a captain or commander.

Oh you mean that thing, srry missunderstood you, I don´t know about keyboard specifically but he should do it if you just mash the attack button,isn´t there supposed to be a prompt? I forget. He has different moves for each weapon only dual wield blades does the stabby stabby thing, with shield and sword he smashes them in the face with shield , spear he slams them etc. I can check later with keyboard if you haven´t figured it out by then.

i think it literally is just spamming it with the blades as i do not see any prompts, but like i never noticed much of a difference with the other weapons so im not too sure if its working.

Yea theres a prompt I just tried w mouse, I tried it on a big guy(hammer) in coloseum and it works.it doesn´t look exavtly like they show in the desc with something else than dual sword though. With blade and board it is just one single smash to the face with the shield before he goes back to regular slashes. You can test, go find someone big and test first just do the prompt for the overpower and push nothing more after. then try again on another big guy with full hp and push attack once as he connects you will see.

Just press and hold the attack button once you activate your opattack. There will be reminder prompt.
