It can be unlocked in the in-game store, otherwise, you can take a shot at getting it out of Heka chests. All items purchasable through microtransactions are also available via Heka chests!

The unicorn you can get it without helix. You need luck and a lot of gold. I only got lucky at the bazar (Heka chest), this is wher you can "win" it. but it has nothing special, just some rainbow colors trails on the ground

I have it myself, along with most of the store items through heka chests, and I used it for a while but it starts to really break the immersion of the game. Its a cool addition but ultimately I ended up switching to the camel mount instead.
