The Witcher 3 had an enemy scaling option, now that you haven't seen it does not mean it doesn't have it, you don't remember it because you never took the time to play the game and see everything it has it seems.
I Have 700 hours in The Witcher 3. Completed it twice.
Yet you don't know it has an enemy scaling option. Lmao.
To say I dont remember whether Witcher 3 has upscaling or not, but I do remember upscaling from Oblivion and I found it to be crap.
