do enemies level with you? (SOLVED)
say if I go back to Siwa or Alexandria in end-game, will the enemies still be below level 10 or will they at least level up a bit so going back there to do activities won't be too easy?

No, Most enemies are location locked to a predetermined level range.
Note: Phylakes are locked to a level but will search for you in low level locations.

Higher territories means higher level enemies

ofc but then you are clearly unaware of a mechanic called "enemy upscaling" that's found in games like Witcher 3.

If you go back to the early regions in TW3, enemies won't be level 3-5 like they originally are, but are at least a bit tougher. Upsclaing doesn't necessary mean the enemies will always be at the exact same level as you, only that they get progressive stronger but the gap is still there between strong enemies and weak ones. For example early region might have level 15 monsters instead of level 5 ones, but late region will still have level 50 monsters if you are level 50.

The Witcher 3 had an enemy scaling option, now that you haven't seen it does not mean it doesn't have it, you don't remember it because you never took the time to play the game and see everything it has it seems.

Okey this game dont have that mechanic.!
After reach final level in siwa enemies still will be 1 or 5
well I guess it could be fun going back there and one shot all enemies XD. But I guess it's good to do all the activities and quests there before moving on.

No, because I didnt say anything wrong.

To say I dont remember whether Witcher 3 has upscaling or not, but I do remember upscaling from Oblivion and I found it to be crap.

That is in no way wrong.

I believe enemy scaling options were added in the UI on a later patch for W3. They had like 31 patches all told ;) I almost hit the level 100 cap in NG+... I remember them adding that function later. (err it had both NG+ and upscaling)

I just don't like the idea of enemy upscaling.I'm glad they didn't use it.If there will be a future patch, which introduces enemy upscaling,it should be optional.Just like W3
