How to toggle Bayek hair/beard on PC?

When I hover the cursor over outfit I get middle mouse button to toggle hood and that works fine; however, I noticed there is a button combination on console to change hair/beard too. How do you do this on PC, or can you not do it on PC?

Currently you need a controler, its not possible with keyboard and mouse, but the devs will turn this leftover from the dev kit which someone forgot to remove into a feature and make it also available for the pc with a futrue update

yes, you will also be able to keep your selection across a play session.

When i pressed Shift + V it changed his hairstyle once, cant figure out how to change it back

I FIGURED IT OUT! Shift + Y changes hairstyle and CTRL + Y changes beard. It could be Z since i have a german keyboard
