Just wondering which weapon of each type you guys prefer.

For instance what attributes do you look for

I usually use swords. The Deluxe version poison sword is A+, as is the fire sword you'll get later, as is the life on kill sword you get from Anubis. I have them all maxed to 40. I'll post them later.

Headshots with your bow ;) Smoke and Mirrors, Deathstorm, and The sword named Conductor of Souls.

I use the hunter bow 'Deathstorm' the most... especially after I was able to break shield with it's full charge. It's recharge rate is tops... OP in the hands of an old shooter fan.

I know them, was just curious of others.

I use the centurion pack sword.

It is got a good combo multiplier and instant charging.

I restarted my game because a papyrus glitches on my. This play though has been stingy on legendary drops. I want to get my light bow with health on hit back.

I've honestly come to love pretty much every weapon for some reason.
-Scepter is amazing for one-on-one fights with big enemies because of the combo multiplier and berserk mode
-Swords are the solid all-rounder, and the legendary swords tend to have very nice perks
-Dual swords hit fast and stunlock nicely, they're cool and fun to use
-Axes hit hard and have a powerful Overpower ability

I haven't gotten around to trying maces much, and the spears I avoid like the plague based on principle. I absolutely DESPISE how the light attack is some weird swinging attack when a spear is a thrusting weapon. They have to slow down the stabbing heavy attack to justify it being "heavy" so much it's ridiculous. As a martial artist I am thoroughly tiggered

I try to do pretty much everything that I can in the game with bows! I love my critical hit and critical damage multipliers so that's usually what I look for in my buffs. When you get those headshot crits, there's just nothing like it!

Agreed but I can't argue with the results as I feel untouchable with one.

The legendary Composite Bow is great to gun down the war elephants and Anubis. It heals you a bit for every hit you inflict. You can even get back lost health sections. Without this feature its almost impossible to survive those long boss fights on highest difficulty.

Mustafa's Sword charges instantly, which is very useful....must have.

Couldn't find them on my second play though.

The Vox sword from the centurion pack is good as well.

anything that eats health on hit or on kill, pretty much makes you idiot proof

Not always, but you can use it to stall for regenerate to happen to get back big blocks of hp.

I found a scepter that sets enemies on fire, and a shield that poisons enemies when I block. I actually stopped upgrading them because they were so much better than anything else I found they were all I was using.

Heal on kill is close to useless. You don't really need it when you're masskilling weaker opponents anways...

Heal on hit is a different matter. Very useful during prolonged bossfights.
