Strange hidden items in Alexandria lighthouse

I see that few items are placed in light house, but there no way to reach them. You can't reach this level from bottom or top indoors and there not a single open window at this level. Does anybody know if it's possible to reach this room???

if i remember correct, there must be a door or window into lighthouse. try to find it

there is a window that leads to a spiral hallway for some stuff, a room with arrows with some stuff, and the roof of the place with the view point with some stuff, think you can get it all but like peopl said, you get lead there at some point

Yes u can get the items. U missed the entrance .Enter from the back side of tower where a brazier is located and make way upto top through the left side of the tower u will come across an entrance leading through a window into a spiral stairway.

I've reached end of spirtal stairway and those items were located between end of stairway and the floor on first screenshot (in free mode and in story mode too)t, those items probably typical garbage, just wanted to reach them, but i've already finished the game, so it doesn't matter.
