It says Exclusive Reward earned by participating in selected Community contests.

No longer possible.

As it turns out these where rewards for two contests held long before release that just about no-one knew about...

does this affect the club challenge for which you have to unlock all club rewards? if yes than they should really exclude this because it prevent you for completing 2 club challenges.

No it doesn't.

It did at the start but Ubisoft updated the club rewards requirements so these two are not needed to complete the club challenge .

Has been up for ages, how is it not your own fault for not knowing about it? It was up since September, got plenty of attention. All you had to do was visit the AC:O Website and it was announced there in big letters.

You just pre-ordered from Steam, didn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about it then and now you're mad because you didn't know about it? Keep feeding those salty tears please.

Honestly who goes on the AC/Ubisoft websites? I just get my gaming news from Steam/Reddit/YouTube and never saw anything about some community free DLC a month before the game released. On top of that it looks like you had to go through the effort of editing together clips from their trailers or drawing some fan art to get the weapon packs (which turns out to be a lie it's only 1 weapon for each phase in reality lol).

Oh well. Not really important anyway.

So how is that to blame on other people? I got this particular news of Reddit last year, so the news did spread, you just didn't get any of it.

Exactly the problem in this thread, most people complaining about it would not have made that effort anyway.

Folks who don’t have these weapons so far will get them this month :) now lets all just enjoy the game.

Harlequin and Chop-Chop will be made available to everyone soon as recently announced in our january update article {LINK REMOVED}
