It's also on my SSD as well to prevent possible performance issues.
I've only watched one other gameplay video and it was from an xbox one (only video I could find with 0 people talking and commenting.) and the cutscene stutter was there as well. Hopefully this gets more notice. It's super distracting. The other camera chug bug I mentioned seems to be just the controller though. I had a similar issue with No Mans Sky.
(Side Note: Hestia has the best chestia)
Regardless it's a bug that impacts overall enjoyability. Now I'm not saying it should override the whole AMD situation, but it should be near the top to fix. Cutscenes convey the story.
It's a problem that developers know about it and it hasn't gone under the radar.
A Ubisoft guy two days ago wrote here on Steam that they are aware it is happening to some people and i think most likely they are gonna fix it soon.
It's super annoying when you just want to play for the story.
i think there is nobody on pc with no stutter. if the scene is full of action, its a nightmare.
