maybe but i dont know, your post is the 1st one pointing this bug i saw, i might have overseen it if someone else arleady wrote about it.
I went to Radeon settings, gaming, AC Origins and toggled the Tesselation Mode to Use Application Settings.
UPDATE:
Didn't fix it fully, went to check the area i took the screenshots from and the problem was gone, but other areas are still experiencing this issue.
I think that the problem randomly appear at certain areas. I have the problem appearing on different underground areas but if i revisit a area the problem is not always there or not always at the same part of the underground area, at one area this problem was not there when i visited the area fist, later i went back to this area for a quest and the problem was there.

This bug isn't game breaking, but i think it looks ridiculous
yes, its rediculous, at least the setting give us the space to temporary explain the problem away with something like: "it are just some issues within the animus" :)
Well that explains it. Just a bug in the Animus
