What happened?
I didn't kill Kensa the siwan gladiator but i killed crocodile.

Where is she now?

She's dead. The same thing happened to me. Air assassinated the Crocodile, then Kensa started a fight but the Layla cut-scene interrupted it. I think that's just the way it goes if you don't kill Kensa before the Crocodile.

Yeah, the death of Kensa seems to be a fixed part of the past events. It's history that can't be changed. Wasn't handled in the best manner but it is what it is.
