Where to find Reda Bazzaar?

when you get out of siwa you can find him, i think he is in random places all the time though so you may not find him for a while, i think i first found him in the coastal town just before alexandria. he has a blue camel icon on the map.

I tried to find him in that coastal town but didn't find him - he's very difficult to spot.

It doesn't appear to be random for me so far, each town area I've been in (though not many yet) i seem to see his little blue camel and quest marker. e.g, every time I go to Alexandria he's there, i've never NOT seen him

After I left Siwa, I started to see him, quite often actually, and did his quests about 4 times. Since then, he's disappeared, don't see him anywhere. I've even spent the time going over the entire map at it's most zoomed in, where you see every merchant's location, and haven't found him for 3-4 days now.

Been well over a week since I've seen Reda, he's still a no show on my map or anywhere I've traveled in the game.

I found him in the console verison in Alexandria, went and did one quest, went back, can't find much of a quest.
PC - nothing yet.

He moves from town to town, it seems like every half hour. just keep an eye on the map, eventually he will move to a town you're near.

idk exactly but for me it seems the quest Aya needs to be completed. So after you getting the hidden blade from her. Mybe fast travel can solve the problem of showing blue icon...
And the icon will move to a town you're near.
