Report a translation problem
I did the same, I sent them a link of a completed Assassins Creed 1 and 2 plus this game being half done with screenshots of it. They gave me the Altair outfit (without Ezio, but eh lol) after seeing that. Took them about a day to respond. Submitted the Ticket under the game as Origins and category as Ubisoft Club and Problem as Not listed. Then explain the problem to them. Screen Shots help a lot. Immediate proof basically lol. That is if you can get passed the support site hanging.
