Does anyone know what this actually applies to? I have a few weapons with fire enchantment and it doesn't seem to apply to them, at least from what i can tell.

Can't say i noticed an increase on my weapon fire damage once i took the talent. I did notice an increase on grenades and general fire with oil though.
