KB/M:

E (use) allowed me to pet him, with a variety of animations

Q (summon mount) had him whistle instead of me, and I could spam it

Not sure about feeding yet, could be another of the 'use' animations

I found out how to feed Senu on keyboard. Spam the "E" use button. ^_^

Found out how to feed him. You have to double tap E and hold E on the second press. It works that way, at least for the PS4 it's double tapping Triangle (pet is the first tap) and holding down Triangle seems to work.
