Yes. Quest shows as tracked with the orange quest marker. Nothing shows on the map though. I also saw a button for Reload Quest Objectives in the Quest screen and clicked that but this doesn't fix the problem.
do u mean the quest where u first drink something and then fighting a big snake
I have no idea where this snake is. Did not drink anything. I literally just killed Gennadios, killed enough alerted guards to identify Gennadios corpse then left.
That's my point. I don't think I will see what you mean until I get unstuck from this quest bug :)
I presume the snake is next. After killing the main target of the Gennadios quest I examined the body and got the cut-scene where you chat with your dead victim. There was talk about Phylake bounty hunters will be tracking and attacking me on sight now and then I left the area, only to discover the quest is not telling me where to go next.
Screenshots:
Here's the quest description. Seems to be telling me I did not kill Gennadios but I just had a cut-scene after killing him.

Here's my map, notice no Quest markers, even though the quest is tracked as shown in above screenshot.

After killing Gennadious the "End of the Snake" quest reference is referring to a separate Quest entry in the Quest list, so basically this Aya quest is 'on hold' so to speak. In my opinion, if this Snake quest is tied to the Aya questline and the Gennadios quest objective in the Aya questline, then the Snake questline should also be tied in with the main Aya questline as a quest objective like the Gennadios one.
