That’s why I think It’s always better to run games at the same fps target as consoles with the added graphical fidelity provided on the pc version.
The problem with 60fps Is that It’s easy to spot frame rate drops and frame time Issues, however It’s less noticeable to the eyes at 30fps/45fps.
high 29s and 30 most of time with mixed med-high/1080P (upgraded from 900P in previous 2) on base PS4 is vastly better than majority PC gamers would have, and lol @ cut sense from AC

no idea what you talk about
Then it's time get a clue

Beside 36-60fps with nearly 30 interval on 2016-17 gear @ that price point is hardly impressive. PS4 is now $200 and launched from 2013 in case you forgot.
The video clearly pointed
1. all base console version, especially the PS4 version is soild, FPS and resolution got boosted and stay stable compare to the last 2 AC
2. all base consoles use nearly high setting.
3. 30fps mostly and 27-30 in heavy game play scene, but low 20sin cut scene.
4. Pro version 1390P-1520P with upgrade
5. expect x1x version to be upgraded from E3 beta base on solid PS4 pro showcase
the only thing you were right about is the cut scene
Lol, you console people are clueless. Please do yourself a favor an read more than 1 forum, I have done extensive research, ACO is unoptimized across all boards. Ubi focuses on story more than optimization. Please go take a look at other benchmarks released on other games around that time frame with the same hardware and post an image of that and pair it up against a console and tell me how "unimpressive" it is at that price point. You console people are all the same, at the end of the day, console is for the budget gamer. PC is for more of the enthusiast gamer, stop trying to justify your peasantry decisions due to lack of funding.
Have a look :) - https://www.vg247.com/2017/11/09/assassins-creed-origins-looks-best-on-xbox-one-x-but-dont-expect-miracles-report/
I do not think readin endless jibberish on Steam and Reddit counts as research.
If you have any clue about rendering, then you know that the fps for ACO is perfectly fine for what is on screen. You simply do not get more out of it these days, unless you shift LODs closer to the players or make the models even less polygon heavy or ramp down graphics in general. I am sporting a i74770k>X980&SSD&16GBRam and I get around 50-60fps with occasional 45fps drops, in 1080p all on Ultra, which is perfectly fine. Heck, they even included a benchmark tool in the game that you can run and post your results, that's how confident they are. And they can be confident, because it runs well.

Honestly, I would not know what to complain about. And I usually start moaning and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ quite easily.
Same here.

You could likely build a 8350 with a 580 and get the same results as a console with about the same specs.
