Treasure Tip 9 in Coral Highlands NOT working

Hello, I want to know where I can contact someone to help me with this issue? I am trying to do the treasure tips in coral highlands and when I got to #9, the treasure is not showing up where it is supposed to no matter if I move from different camps or get out of the game. Has anyone else had this issue? My cat keeps detecting the treasure, but it is not detecting it by the waterfall area like it should be... please help :(
