Character creation slider stuck?

[Batabii • Suikoden I&II HD]

I was in the Makeup settings and now the Luminescent slider is stuck at 100% and it won't move whether I use mouse or keyboard.

EDIT: Even if I switch from male to female, the slider is still completely frozen.
