Either that or you can't dlss 1440 on a 2080 Ti. Not sure. I know there's resolution restrictions to dlss based on which card you have.
Is there a known fix, or is this a bug in progress?
I tried 4K DSR using nvidia control panel and in game, still no option to turn on DLSS.
I'd suggest the latter unless you REALLY want to try out DLSS.

Here's a link to DDU.

Here's the thread where it came up.
that sucks
I don't remember what it looked like.. but it irritates me to not be able to use it now. Not really worth reinstalling WINDOWS, if that is a fix, but... very irritating anyway.
:::UPDATE:::
...and I just figured out what the problem was. It now appears to be available only in the 3840x2160 resolution. It used to be usable on 1080p if I recall, but now it's greyed out below 3840x2160. I'm sure the 4:3 aspect ratio has an equivalent that it works with.
Good frame-rates too, but not that many cards - even RTX cards, get you acceptable frame rates at that high resolution. My 3080 does, but the 3080 is a very new GPU.
I would imagine it doesn't pay to use it at lower resolutions, maybe that's why it was disabled. Virtually anything looks good at 3840x2160, but I DO notice a bit of a difference with DLSS enabled, in image quality and frame-rate.
