the game itselft it the problem, before the 200mb update I'd not have once crash, now the new update just made it much worse

This error is tied to your save, typically corrupted by using third party programs, such as cheat engine. The only idea I have is loading a backup save previous to the file modification, since I doubt you can find the corrupt file and fix it.
Anyway try re-seating your RAM chips and running " sfc /scannow ". It worked in a friend's case.
