Fatal Error - ERR12 : graphics device crashed

The game will crash randomly with the error code mentioned above, sometimes it crash after playing for 30 minutes and sometimes few hours.

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
AMD RX 5700 8GB
16GB RAM
Windows 10

Things I've tried:
1. Used DDU to reinstall driver
2. Update to latest driver
3. Turn off XMP profile in BIOS
4. Updated BIOS to latest version
5. Run the game as admin
6. Disable fullscreen optimisation
7. Run in compatibility mode
8. Run in WIN 11

The game is running in DirectX 12 API, I do not want to run in DX11 as it causes massive stuttering and lower FPS.

I notice that this problem exist for a long time but did anyone actually fix this issue?
