Intel HD 520 - Monster Hunter World Graphial Settings (Low Specs PC)
Just some advice for people with low specs laptops:

My specs:
I7-6500U
HD 520
8GB RAM
1360×768 Resolution TV

You can reduce the resolution to 1024×768 and play around more with the textures (Texture Quality), the most important graphical setting on my opinion if you're low-spec.
It'll give it a cinematic black line at the top and bottom whilst in fullscreen, but turning it to Borderless Window whilst your TV's resolution to 1024×768 as well will fix this. Trust me, once you use it, the trade-off is well worth it.
I am currently using High Performance PC battery mode and am comfortably using Full level of Textures. Heck, the game runs better with Full Texture setting as oppose to 1024.
I also went into my BIOS and booster my dedicate VRAM (Pre-Allocared Video Memory) from 32M to 128M. I noticed that made my system overall boot-up faster, so there's that too.
Also, if you're using Intel Integrated Graphics, go to the Intel Graohics Control Panel (right-click on your desktop and you'll see it there), and set your power usage to High Performance when plugged in

Also, use the FidelityFX + CAS Upscaling. It boosts your image quality whilst improving performance. Keep sharpness at about 0.2 to ensure that it stays sharp without looking too sharp.

Set Vignette Effects to at least normal. It might be just me but it seems to help the game out (run better performance-wise).
Keep Z-Prepass on as I heard that it helps with processing.

Other graphical settings on either low or off and you should be good.
And keep your FPS to 30 at all times, let things slow down once your system tries to get to higher fps rates.

Also, if you can, get a portable mini hand fan and place on top of your laptop, close to its heat sink (the part where the fan blows the heat out of tor laptop). This is like a nice way of applying a pseudo-cooling pad. It really works really well. It cools the surface of the laptop well and ensures that there is no heat-caused latency.

You might not always be at 30FPS with these settings, but your FPS won't drop to any state that animations start to skip.

Also, use Borderless Window setting. The game does not work well in Full Screen for older systems. It causes a ton of lag when switching to other tabs and can even crash the game ("...graphics card crashed" error).

I hope that this helps.
