Report a translation problem
After also trying everything I fixed it by reinstalling steam. Try deleting everything in the steam folder but the steam.exe and the folders userdata and steamapps.
Steam will redownload everything after you run the .exe again. However I have to do this pretty much every time I restart my computer or close steam, and God knows why it's like this. But it worked so far.
I got the blackscreen of death, and fixed it by uninstalling Webroot without even requiring a reboot.
Hundreds of us found disabling Webroot doesn't even prevent the crash, that AV is militant against lots of games.
Militant against denuvo and similar copy protection crap, which isn't really a suprise. Since most of them are invasive on your system.
This worked for me.
Only had to do it once, not everytime
