Please buff and tweak Bowgun Auto-Reload

Auto-Reload is dumb. Compared to high-capacity and low-recoil, it actually has lower ROF in comparison, and to see them put on low-level or low-damage ammo types we typtically spam for good results is atrocious. Please put bonus damage on Auto-Reload to compensate for low ROF, and put them on high-level ammo-types instead. For example:

Jagras LBG
- LV1 Pellet: 5 capacity, normal reload speed, +1 recoil.
- LV2 Pellet: 2 capacity, fast reload speed, +1 recoil.
- LV3 Pellet: Auto-Reload = 1 Capacity +1 Recoil and fast reload speed.
- LV2 Normal: Auto-Reload = 1 Capacity +1 Recoil and fast reload speed.
- LV1 Pierce: Auto-Reload = 1 Capacity +1 Recoil and fast reload speed.
Nergigante HBG
- LV1 Pellet: 13 capacity, normal reload speed, +1 recoil.
- LV2 Pellet: 6 capacity, fast reload speed, +1 recoil.
- LV3 Pellet: Auto-Reload = 1 Capacity +1 Recoil and fast reload speed.
