Loading Issue After Completion of Across the Lost Path

So after I completed the stygian zinogre quest in the guiding lands, I go and talk to the seeker to initiate which I assume is the Safi'jiva track quest. After talking to the seeker and finishing the cutscene, the game goes to the loading screen, which never loads. The loading bar almost finishes loading, but it doesn't. I verified the game via local files and the issue still persists.

I tried doing other quests and investigations to see if the problem happens there, and it does not. It only happens after I talk to the seeker. Any help would be appreciated. Also, to note this is not an anti-virus problem or any of the go to solutions. Thanks! I wanted to add that after finishing the cutscene it sends me to the gathering hub.So, I went to the gathering hub after re-loading, and the issue is the gathering hub, not the quest. I've been having the same issue, after a while of googling with no help, the fix I ended up using that worked for me was just delete my NativePC Folder, and it worked like a charm for me

Yeah I did the same, it was just my mods. Never had any issues with mods before, except for this update.
