Microphone wont work

i'm using a wireless headset and the game isnt letting me talk ingame, i'm using push to talk and the sound symbol is always crossed like the picture, how do i enable the microphone ingame?

I got the same unsolved issue.
Somehow, this game disable my microphone during loading.

In order to make it work, I have to ALT+TAB, go on my side bar and open the Device manager list, where I can see my microphone (which is enabled but doesn't capture my voice). I have to Disable and Enable my microphone to make it work again.

It means that this game disable your microphone even for Discord, TS ...

But it's a big pain to have to do this at every loading sreen to have a multiplayer experience

i got same problem my headset works but mic dont . unless im on chat in steam but thats on with one person. but a person that was trying to so call help me all she did was laugh an asked if i read the instructions and also kept saying i must have pushed wrong buttons. i just need somebody without laughing to let me know how i can fix it cause its annoying
