Same here. My best guess is that this problem is a bug, yet not fixed.
Already reported to capcom hope they fix it soon

I had this issue a few hours ago. Did a complete reinstall of the whole game. Got my daily login and I got the limited event bounties and was able to start and do event quests. Played for around 3 hours and no more errors.

Having the same issues too, pretty much even since getting Iceborne. I even tried reinstalling today as that worked for someone else, but it didn't seem to work for me. I've sent a message to Capcom's support and waiting on a reply now. I really hope whatever the issue is can be fixed. I really want to play the event and all my friends get to play it.

Edit: Like others have said use a VPN. Worked instantly for me.

Having the exact same issue. Everything worked fine up until the moment the Iceborne update dropped.

All of the following are non-functional: Limited Bounties, Login rewards, Event Quests and the Appreciation Fest itself.

I've tried everything; from reasonable things like checking the game files and updating Windows and all device drivers, to reinstalling the game, using Special K, bypassing my home network, doing a clean boot, disabling all kinds of protection for my computer, and even deleting all save data.

Oh, and for the record: all other online features work fine. My online sessions even seem to be more reliable than those of my friends...

Fixed for me: After days of trying, I fixed this problem by using a game booster software, redirect internet connection to another country as agent. I can confirm that my problem is somehow caused by steam friend. By the way, message already sent to capcom support for a week with no reply.

Long story short: USE VPN

Confirmed using vpn solved the problem.
