Also i can't find raw mouse input option anymore that they patched in original game some time after release. Anyone knows where it is ? Did they really removed it ?
It happens everywhere for me.Tried it in the forest.Same jittery camera movement. No smooth pan.
Also noticed whenever I run the game windows defender is at a constant 6-12% only with this game.
They removed it and applied Type 2(it's in the patch notes) but obviously something got wrong in the process.
Ty Capcom
So its automatically applied now? There's a million type 1 option and im kinda confused.
Also look at this https://imgur.com/a/4BtyM2m windows defender for some reason keeps at a steady 12% ONLY with this game.
This is yet another regression with the Iceborne build.
It is using the old Type 2 input still as the mouse does feel like a mouse instead of an analog stick, but it's bugged up thanks to whatever screwup happened in development for the PC release of IB.
Easily testable by just flicking your mouse while ingame. Camera barely goes anywhere.
One step forward, two steps back.. Just have to try to make enough noise that Capcom sees it and issues yet another "we'll fix the mouse stuff" announcement like the OG build, again. Then wait however many weeks for it to release.. *sigh*
Probably because Windows sees it as a security threat from all the anti-debug/anti-cheat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they're doing.
It's best to temporarily disable Defender while playing MHW for now so your game isn't crippled more than Capcom crippled it in the update.
Yeah it was called "Mouse Camera Control Type".
"Steam-Version-Only Additions and Changes -> Options: Camera Settings":
"The "Mouse Camera Control Type" setting has been removed and the setting that was formerly "Type 2" has been applied, which has no mouse acceleration and is easier to use."

But as we have noticed it's broken :P
Yea disabling realtime scanning solves the issue
I noticed the issue displayed in the video in austera and the forest(expedition).Didn't bother testing anywhere else as I assume its like that everywhere.
Anyway the issue needs to get fixed.
I haven't noticed it while on a mission so I'm not sure what is happening.
