Assassin's Hood bug?

Hello, i want to ask here because i'm not sure about this.
Got the hood yesterday, wanted to try it today and to my surprise i can't not use it.

I can asign it in the equipement window all right, i see it in my shortcut wheel and items menu, but when i try to activate it, nothing happens.

I was just doing the quest "The name's Lavasioth" and the monster hadn't see me yet.
Does it work if you are using layered armor / armor mods? (I'm using both of those)
Do i have a bug or is there some requisite to use this item?

I figure it out, the root of the problem are the mods, i use a lot of mods so i don´t know wich mod is the one that make problems but i just delete all of them and now is the mantle is working fine

I see, must be one of the armor mods then.
Well, no way i'm going to uninstall those for this ♥♥♥♥ mantle lol.

One of your itemdata.itm is outdated.
Find the mod that use it and update the file.

Your issue is kind of happening to me as well, mine is atkt kulve rainbow reward. Before i update it i never got the rainbow reward after doing kulve run. And after i updated it i got a lot rainbow rewards.
