Not getting any aqua sac's

I've been playing for almost 80 hours now and i did a lot of quests with the fish, i capture it all the time and do investigation but I never get a single aqua sac... this is so frustrating... and its literally the only part i need for the weapon i wanna build too

It doesn't matter if you cap or carve, aqua sacs don't come from either one. They're only from the top box rewards of low rank Jyura. Unfortunately, it's also only an 18% drop chance.

So, go murder them as quick as you can. You'll get one eventually.

Just be sure it's low rank. High rank only gives torrent sacs.

Invesitgations be your best bet for it.
