Is there any mod to be able to see the life of the monsters in the game?

Yeah, there's "Health Notes", which is notable because among mods it's relatively balanced. It gives a notification when monsters reach certain HP thresholds.

Besides that, there's several overlays which basically tell you everything. I haven't tried them myself, but there's "an overlay that shows lots and lots of stuff" (yes, that's what it's called) and "HunterPie - Overlay and Rich Presence" to name a few. Not sure which are currently working, a lot of mods were broken by the latest patch. Check the comments and bug reports to see if people are reporting it as broken or not.
