Acidic Glavenus Alpha armor

I just defeated Acidic Glavenus and unlocked his 11 rarity armor, I'm not sure if it's good or not (rn my armor is alpha Kulu, and greatsword)

If it has skills that work for your playstyle, it's good.

But it's impossible to know what you want in terms of skills, so it's impossible to say if it's good for you or not.

Thanks, I'll probably forge this armor because of the skills, but it's weak against the fire, lightning, and dragon elements, so what would be your opinion about this armor?

You don't need to focus on elemental resistances unless it's very low (low enough to get you killed or hinder you due to elemental blights). You can switch your armor and/or use decorations to boost elemental resistances if you are facing a specific monster.

Basically, use whatever works for your weapon and the monster you are hunting. You can stress about how optimal your build is once you are in the endgame.

PS: If you get at least 20 points in an elemental resistance, you become immune to the blight associated to it.

I like the bracers for stun resistance, at least until you get Stygian Zinogre Coil A and run that for latent force 3 + earplugs 2 + 3 lv1 slots that conveniently fit stun resist 3.
I'll probably rotate it out once i get earplugs 5 charm, but even then it will be tough to do so.

Alr, but the biggest weakness of this armor is fire as it is -15 defense. But I'll probably forge it anyway, it looks like a nice armor and OP

As long as you compensate for it or avoid fire-based attacks, it should work out. Mantles can cover your lacking resistances easily. Bring Nulberries for others, though. Burning is one of the milder blights. Other blights are more crippling and potentially more dangerous, depending on what weapon you use and the monster in question.

i see, this armor will be good in several fights, I will only avoid using it in cases of fire monsters. Thank you
