IF they gave it the Deadspace treatment, i'd pay 100.
I rather they refine what we have now.
I miss them so much...
I find all the PSP games to be crap and not worth playing.
The oldest MH game I believe that still merits some kind of a remaster would be 4 Ultimate
and Generations Ultimate. GU and 4U are the last hoorah of the classic MH games, and both of those games are still very enjoyable and playable to this day.
Both games also have their strong point: 4U is the most "Monster Hunter" feeling MH game out of all of them. They nailed the atmosphere, humour, characters, locations, and the theme. I don't think any other Monster Hunter game has introduced so many things to the franchise that stuck as well, both in terms of story and the setting as well as gameplay itself. Meanwhile GU is simply enormous, the biggest MH game ever made with the most comprehensive roster of monsters we've ever seen. GU is the definitive classic MH experience, and it has content that will last you hundreds of hours.
Both those games deserve to be played on modern systems.
