Question about vram
Hello, I wanted to ask if it can be played even if my computer does not meet the Vram requirements.

Can be played: maybe

Enjoyable: probably not

When you don't meet the requirements are we talking no gpu, mobile gpu, old low end gpu?

It is a very intense game so you should have at least 2gb vram for it to be playable.

When I talk about basic requirements I was referring more to the vram, even though I don't have the processor they ask for (I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G4 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.50 GHz) and I just have 8GB of ram like this My question was that it could still be played even if it did not meet the required vram (ps: I am using a laptop)

A laptop with i5-1000? Almost certainly not unless you meant i5-10000.

If you really want to try then give the monster hunter rise demo a try and see if it runs, it has similar requirements.

Hold up, that is a "new" cpu? Why they number it like it's a first generation when it came out in 2019?

Lack of GPU using a laptop will probably still be an issue though since it's an intense game but like I said you can try the monster hunter rise demo.

You can try though it'll likely be at 720p since it sounds like your integrated graphics card has a max resolution of 1366x768.

If you're willing to spend at least $1k, you can find several laptops with much better specs like a RTX 4060 and 12th gen or newer i7 intel processor or AMD equivalent. Or build your own.

Honestly, I don't mind playing at a super low resolution, although the bad thing would be if the texts were not visible.
The only thing that will worry me is the Vram issue, thank you and have a good day/afternoon/night.

I don't know how the Intel Iris stuff works but I think worst case is that your ram will pick up the slack but the problem is you only have 8gb of that so it'll already be "stressed" but you have an "integrated" graphics processor which basically means your cpu is working double duty to try and do everything. You already have the game so why not download it and try otherwise if you don't want to run it out of fear of not being able to refund after 2 hours then download this demo and see if it runs: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1446780/MONSTER_HUNTER_RISE/

I already played the demo and I didn't have any fps problems or anything similar, the only problem is how they leave someone without first explaining more attack mechanics xd
