What's the current festival schedule for 2023/2024 ?

Anyone knows? I found a couple of versions either saying it's a consecutive 12-week cycle or once every 2 weeks...

Festivals are on/off for 2 weeks at a time. Which festival is active depends on real-world date.

There is also a mod to force festivals to be active, including specific ones of your choosing, should you decide to go that route.
