MHW Won't Launch

Hello, so I got a problem here. Since the last update, I can't launch the game. Everytime I click "Play", the game's status said "Running", but then nothing happened and the status is gone. I click "Play" over and over again but still the game won't launch. But there's no error status or whatsoever so i don't know why the game won't launch.

Tried validating the game files, and there are no problems found. But still I can't launch the game.
Tried restarting my laptop, didn't work either.
Tried looking at Task Manager, but there's no MHW app launched on the background processes.

Any suggestions on what should I do?

Something about the DRM they use in the game I tried the same process you have and still nothing. I don't know what they have done but either roll it back or remove that programing we should not have to suffer because of the company.

If anyone still have problem launching the game after disabling antivirus/put it on exception etc then try to set your steam update into Beta mode

I have the same problem but I don't use any antivirus, or enabled my firewall, or have any mod/shader going on after new update, I clean install it again and nothing work until I see some random comment about enabling steam beta mode and it works, idk why

Go to steam settings, then account, then Beta participation

I hope it helps ppl that have the same problem as me

I'm also same can't play MHW while click it, i thought it my PC problem so i restart it but the problem still, go this forum for chek and i'm glad i'm not the only One lol xD, maybe it's patch or Maintenance ~
