The majority of them will be biased and most likely will try to stop you from enjoying a game that will potentially be one of your favorites.
Don't bother.
While it's possible to find people to play with without the expansion, the multiplayer feature of Rise is poorly executed. The online matchmaker system is heavily fragmented, making it hard to find others to play with since you have to search for specific quests.
If playing online is important to your gaming experience, it may be best to save your money and avoid Rise.
