Considering your playtime, I'm sure you're aware of modding. While I doubt you'll consider it, you can ease the suffering a little with a mod that (genuinely) balances the drop rates for higher rarity Feystones. Rare stuff will still be rare, but relatively will take less time to get. Chances are, it will still take a long time either way. Some stuff has a drop rate of 0.2%* for crying out loud, and they drop from the RAREST Feystones. The most optimistic drop rates for the good stuff you're (possibly) aiming for are well below 1%. Literally every single mobile gacha game I played in my entire life so far had better rates.
PS: Attack Jewel has a drop rate of 0.27%, and ONLY drops from the rarest Feystone (Sealed Feystone). Source here.[mhworld.kiranico.com]
Farming Challenger 4 jewels is easier by completing the quest "Mew are Number One" with a Tempered Furjang, this quest gives Astral Melding Tickets which are a 1/92 chance for Challenger 4's, aswell as other useful decos... no weighted drop chance for the good stuff. https://monsterhunterworld.wiki.fextralife.com/Astral+Melding+Ticket
Good Luck!
I find moving my pc outside and playing under the light of a full moon yields great results!
Yes, it's still going to require some grind, but aside from mods to potentially dramatically rebalance drop rates (because the only ones I've ever found do, indeed, dramatically alter the rates and, in my opinion, over-correct and make things that rightfully should be rare absurdly too common), that's kinda just the name of the game. Monster Hunter can get grindy when you're looking for something specific.
Best of luck to you.
But as soon as i'm required to go outside, now thats crossing the line. I guess i'll be farming decorations the sub optimal way.
