HelloWorld (or otherwise known as "an overlay that shows lots of stuff") is far inferior to Hunterpie in terms of customizability and ease of use, so I recommend you to use HunterPie. You get to pick and choose what you want and can customize the functions in detailed ways to make it even better.
You can also launch the game through the overlay, since it lets you do that[imgur.com]. You can also set it to minimize itself when the game launches, and close itself when the game is closed.[imgur.com]
edit: did a quick check. the setting for the PW is "Minimalistic Mode" and enhances the default player UI without replacing it
Yes you can disable in-game PW, just load-up your game and go to option > game option > HUD Display > turn off the player info
