I can not for the life of me get this quest started. theres no violet exclamation mark and im MR 72 i thought i figured it out and was catching up the special assignments from high rank and after i turned in the last one i was told to talk to the hunter and he never gave me another quest. im so lost

You're about a month early. PC doesn't get Stygian Zinogre until March.

Im pretty much done making all my meta builds and have been using them for casual hunts but not having anything to pursue or upgrade is making me a bit bored so i feel you, think I’ll take a break from iceborne and play something else till we get Stygian and Safi.
